Refund Time Limit
- Refund Process takes minimum 12 working days or
depends on case to case basis.
Check-in Check Out Rule

Early check-in and late check-outs are on request,
subject to availability and may be chargeable by the
hotel.
Changes or Cancellation
may result in fees from INR 500 or up to full cost of
your stay as per below.

For cancellations made within 48 hours of check in
date, full cost of stay shall be charged.

For cancellations between 48 hrs to 7 days of check
in date, 50% Charged & taxes shall be charged.

For cancellations between 7 days to 15 days of check
in date, 25% Charged & taxes shall be charged.

For cancellations before 15 days of check in date, a
fee of INR 500 shall be charged.
